A Texas teenager whose YouTube videos inspired viewers worldwide during his shortened life has been remembered at his funeral in Austin as someone who loved life — and God.

After cheating death three times, Ben Breedlove, 18, lost his life on Christmas night after suffering from a heart attack.

Two years ago, the Central Intelligence Agency announced it was creating a center to analyze the geopolitical ramifications of “phenomena such as desertification, rising sea levels, population shifts and heightened competition for natural resources.”

But whatever work the Center on Climate Change and National Security has done remains secret.

In response to National Security Archive scholar Jeffrey Richelson’s Freedom of Information Act request, the CIA said all of its work is “classified.”

“We completed a thorough search for records responsive to your request and located material that we determined is currently and properly classified and must be denied in its entirety,” (.pdf) Susan Viscuso, the agency’s information and privacy coordinator, wrote Richelson.

Last night was one of those times.. See we have a neighbour that use to throw rocks at here and hit her when I stupidly let her run when she was a puppy.. She is really a friendly dog and runs up to every person she see to say hi.  The neighbour I am talking about had some bad experience’s with another dog.. and they thought our puppy was attacking them as our county has no leash law hence her running free.. and me not knowing our neighbours history lead to the rock throwing.  My partner caught the 5 year girl picking up rocks from our yard to throw at her.    We have since worked things out and now we have a huge pen that we keep all our dogs in and no more running the neighbourhood..   But last night she got out.. and of course these tertian neighbours where out to and all chaos broke out.  She saw them and when running up to their driveway barking and barking at them.. and I am running up the hill after her trying to get her.. and if you know me you wouldn’t believe how fast I was running.. she then decided that wasn’t’ fun any more and ran to the next neighbour house and these people never through rocks at her she ran up to them and they got her for me..
